The company was founded in 2014 in order to accommodate the need for maintenance services of privately owned villas and apartments as well as the ever growing rentals market. With our parent company (PFA Holiday Homes Limited) in the communal service sector for over a decade, once the needs of our clients were identified it was easy to make the transition and set up a support unit for those wanting to rent their properties either on a long term basis or for short term holiday lettings.
